Storage Time
Unopened dry capellini pasta can last indefinitely in the pantry, though quality may slightly diminish after 2 years. Once cooked, it should be consumed within 3–4 days when refrigerated.
Temperature
Store dry capellini pasta in a cool, dry place, ideally between 15-20°C (59-68°F). Refrigerate cooked capellini pasta at 0-4°C (32-40°F).
Signs of Spoilage
- Presence of mold or discoloration on dry pasta.
- A stale, musty, or rancid odor from dry pasta.
