To the maximum extent permitted by law, Food Shelf Life and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

In all cases, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or $10 if you have not paid anything), unless the law requires otherwise.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the Service, users, or comply with legal obligations.
