Freezing
Celery juice freezes remarkably well, though its texture may become slightly less vibrant upon thawing. Once frozen solid, transfer the juice cubes to a heavy-duty freezer bag to prevent freezer burn and maintain flavor. Thaw frozen celery juice overnight in the refrigerator.
