Storage Time
Boiled corn is best enjoyed within 3–4 days when stored correctly in the refrigerator. For longer preservation, it can be frozen for up to 6–8 months.

Store refrigerated boiled corn at or below 4°C (40°F) to maintain optimal freshness and safety.
Freezing
To freeze boiled corn, allow it to cool completely. You can freeze whole cobs or remove the kernels from the cob. For kernels, spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze until solid, then transfer to airtight freezer bags or containers. This prevents clumping. To thaw, either refrigerate overnight or gently reheat from frozen using a microwave or stovetop. Frozen corn may have a slightly softer texture upon thawing, but its flavor remains excellent for many culinary applications.
