Freezing
To freeze chocolate crepes, allow them to cool completely. Stack them with parchment paper or wax paper in between each crepe to prevent sticking. Place the stacked crepes in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator or gently reheat in a skillet or oven. Freezing may slightly alter the texture, making them a bit more delicate.
