Freezing
To freeze beignets, allow them to cool completely. For best results, freeze them unfrosted. Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze until solid. Once frozen, transfer them to an airtight container or freezer bag, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. To thaw, remove from the freezer and let them come to room temperature for about 30-60 minutes. Reheat briefly in a warm oven (around 150°C or 300°F) for a few minutes to restore crispness, then dust with powdered sugar.
